• Job description:   Looking for a new journey within your career as a Production Operative? Are you an experienced production operative, and have worked within manufacturing or warehousing previously? Are you wanting to join an ever-expanding company, who have recently invested in new machinery for their Rotherham Site? You will be working for a leading supplier of wheeled refuse bins in the UK, working at a busy plastic production facility.

   

• Ideal skills and experience: Previous experience is desired from a similar manufacturing or warehousing environment.

   

• Key responsibilities:              As a Production Operative, your duties will involve day to day responsibilities on the factory shop floor, including:
  • Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly.
  • Working on a production line as part of a team
  • Quality checking manufactured materials to ensure the highest quality is being produced
  • General Housekeeping duties including tidy the factory floor and sweeping to maintain a clean working environment
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

     

• Hours of work:        Monday to Friday on rotating shifts
  • Days: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Afters 14:00 – 22:00
  • Nights 22:00 – 06:00
  • Overtime is available for weekend working.
