Quality Check Operative
GPS Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a market leading Manufacturing company, site based in Rotherham for a Manufacturing operative to complete all quality checks on products from the production line. This will include inputting information on the company PC system.
Key responsibilities:
- Verifying the quality of manufactured product.
- Inspecting bought out product against purchase specifications / drawings / samples.
As part of the role you may be required to perform other duties from time to time, as described by your immediate line manager. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
You must be:
- Able to establish close working relationships with internal departments.
- Able to use your initiative and manage your own workload in order to ensure that all deadlines are achieved.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
- Computer literate.
You will also have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
- Excellent organisational, written and numerical skills.
