About the Role
We are working with several welcoming and supportive primary schools in Rotherham seeking Cover Supervisor to inspire and nurture young learners. You'll play a vital role in fostering a love of learning and ensuring children develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
- Uphold school policies and contribute to the wider school community.
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds qualifications necessary for the role.
- Has experience teaching in Primary Schools.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
- Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference in children's education.
- Has a current DBS check (or is willing to obtain one).
