Elevation Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a market leading employer who are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join them as an Administrator to support their sales team in achieving its targets and optimising sales operations. 

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders accurately and promptly in the system, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence.
  • Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate records, including, inventory, and purchase orders.
  • Collaborative Work: Collaborate with other departments as well as external suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements of the Administrator:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or a recent graduate looking to start a career.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
