Job Role: Assistant Estimator
Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000/£35,000 + Package (D.O.E)
Our client a leading regional construction company with 50 years+ trading history are seeking to appoint an Assistant Estimator on a permanent basis to cover schemes upto the value of £4m.
Their client base includes Public and Private Sector clients, including several Framework Contracts throughout the local region.
The position will be reporting directly to the Head of Department working alongside senior personnel within the business.
Person Specification & Experience:
Experience carrying out the full tender process to prepare tender submissions, Including taking off quantities, pricing the project, including if necessary, building up rates from first principles, drafting/ marking up the subcontractor and supplier enquiries to be sent out - minimum 2 years experience.
Experience of using Conquest Software system “advantageous but not essential as full training will be given'
