Morela is proud to support our client a cutting edge Client looking to hire a Client Success Engineer (CSE) to help clients successfully deploy AI-driven solutions. As part of the Client Success team, you will play a key role in driving product adoption, delivering an outstanding client experience, and maximizing the value of AI solutions. Working closely with the Client Success Manager, Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering, you’ll focus on understanding client needs and providing top-tier support.

About the Team
Our Client Success team partners with clients across various industries, guiding them through the integration of Palantir and in-house AI solutions. With clients at different stages of AI adoption, each engagement is seen as a chance to accelerate their journey and ensure impactful outcomes.

Core Skills & Experience
Ideal candidates should have:

  • Software Engineering: Experience developing scalable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Data Science: Strong data analysis and modelling skills for strategic insights.
  • Product Design: UX/UI design expertise to create engaging user experiences.
  • ML/AI Engineering: Experience with deploying AI solutions that optimize processes and enhance innovation.
  • Relationship Management: Background in managing key client accounts, providing strategic guidance and aligning technology with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver AI solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Work with the Client Success Manager to develop and implement client success plans.
  • Enhance client experience by aligning strategies with goals and KPIs.
  • Partner with Product teams on advanced client requests and share feedback for product improvement.
  • Support the Partnerships team in developing third-party and integration strategies.
  • Serve as an AI advisor, helping clients leverage the technology for transformative results.
  • Conduct use case sessions to scale best practices across regions and industries.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to internal stakeholders to guide product development.
  • Collaborate with Sales for smooth client transitions post-sale.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges, working to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Promote client advocacy and support the creation of testimonials and case studies.
