We are seeking an experienced CRM Tech Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, C# .NET Framework, and extensive knowledge of CRM plugins, workflows, cloud flows, form scripting, Dynamics CRM SDK, and web services (REST and SOAP). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust CRM solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with the business objectives of our financial services organization.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM Development: Architect, design, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically tailored for the financial services industry. Focus on developing and managing plugins, workflows, cloud flows, form scripting, and leveraging Dynamics CRM SDK.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical leadership to the CRM development team, mentoring developers, and driving best practices in software development, with a focus on security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Customization & Integration: Customize Dynamics CRM entities, develop and manage workflows, cloud flows, and plugins, and implement advanced form scripting. Integrate CRM with other financial systems such as core banking, payment gateways, and financial analytics platforms using REST and SOAP web services and custom connectors.
  • C# .NET Development: Utilize C# .NET to develop and maintain custom components, plugins, and applications that enhance and extend the functionality of Dynamics CRM to meet complex business requirements in the financial domain.
  • Solution Architecture: Design secure, scalable, and maintainable CRM architectures, ensuring the solutions are robust and can handle high volumes of financial data and transactions while meeting regulatory compliance.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring CRM projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, particularly in the financial services context.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and key stakeholders in the financial market to understand business processes, regulatory requirements, and customer needs, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and security testing, to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of CRM solutions in a financial context. Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations, with a focus on compliance and auditability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C# .NET development, and financial technology. Advocate for the adoption of new tools, technologies, and practices that enhance the efficiency, security, and capability of our CRM systems.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with extensive experience in CRM plugins, workflows, cloud flows, and form scripting.
    • Strong experience with Dynamics CRM SDK and integrating CRM systems using REST and SOAP web services.
    • Proficiency in C# .NET Framework, including ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
  • Financial Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial industry practices, regulations, and standards, with experience in developing CRM solutions that meet the specific needs of financial institutions.
  • Leadership & Management: Proven experience in leading development teams, with the ability to mentor, guide, and develop junior engineers. Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering projects within the financial sector.
  • Integration Skills: Experience integrating CRM systems with financial systems, such as core banking, payment systems, and financial analytics platforms using Dynamics CRM SDK, REST, and SOAP web services.
  • Security & Compliance: Deep understanding of security best practices and regulatory requirements in the financial industry, with experience implementing secure and compliant CRM solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound technical decisions in a fast-paced financial environment.
