Join our clients innovative startup as a Customer Success Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth implementation, adoption, and success of their platform. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities to deliver exceptional experiences and drive product satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Support:

    • Assist in technical scoping and product demonstrations.
    • Address customer queries and ensure the proposed solution aligns with their technical needs.
  • Deployment & On-boarding:

    • Lead customers through setup and integration of the platform.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation tailored to customer requirements.
    • Provide training for both technical and non-technical users to enable effective product utilisation.
  • Technical Support & Maintenance:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-deployment.
    • Manage the helpdesk and provide timely resolutions.
    • Ensure smooth deployment of updates and compatibility with customer systems.
  • Customer Success Management:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
    • Proactively gather feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and feature enhancements.
    • Regularly check in with customers to address concerns and prevent churn.
  • Project Management:

    • Plan and execute deployment projects, ensuring milestones are met on time.
    • Act as the primary contact for customers during projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical blockers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Python (2+ years) for automation, scripting, and troubleshooting.
    • Hands-on experience with Linux systems (2+ years) for server management and debugging.
    • Familiarity with cloud services and system integration (2+ years).
  • Desirable:

    • Knowledge of DICOM networking and files, particularly in healthcare or imaging applications.
    • Understanding of AI applications in the medical field.
