Estimator

White Label are excited to be working with a steelwork business that specialise in a variety of steelwork projects, in their search for an Estimator.With a longstanding presence in the industry, their team consistently delivers high-quality projects across the UK and Europe.

The Estimator will play a key role and beresponsible for:

• Developing accurate, competitive cost estimates and tenders for structural steelwork projects
• Evaluating project requirements, including materials, fabrication, logistics, and assembly
• Preparing quotations and completing required pricing documents for clients
• Participating in tender review meetings, bid submissions, and client discussions during the tender phase
• Supporting a smooth transition of awarded projects to the delivery team
• Contributing to new business development efforts
• Collaborating closely with internal departments, including design, construction, and sales, to align on project details
• Building strong working relationships with clients and industry professionals

Qualifications and Experience of the Estimator:

• At least 3 years of experience in an estimating or quantity surveying role
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Experience in steel fabrication is an asset but not required
