Job Title: Humanities TeacherÂ

Pay Rate: £155 - £220 per day
GSL Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join secondary schools in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring educator to help students explore history, geography, and other humanities subjects, fostering critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Inspire curiosity and independent thought through historical and geographical perspectives.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Humanities or a related subject.
- Experience teaching Humanities at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
