We are looking for a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer for a permanent position based with our client on Rotherham.

Immediate start available (subject to the interview process)

Salary is: 43,369.48 per annum (this is inclusive of shift)

Shifts are:

Two weeks of Early shifts: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:00 and Friday 06:00 - 13:30

One Week of Days: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 15:00 and Friday 07:00 - 14:30

One week of Late shifts: Monday - Thursday 12:00 - 20:00 and Friday 12.00 - 19.30

Duties

General Electrical Plant site wide. Including maintaining existing plant and equipment and the installation of new systems to site.
Involvement in small projects from concept through to design, installation and commissioning.
Responding to breakdowns to maintain production across the entire site, minimising breakdowns through regular routine maintenance.
Improving current systems on site such as required spares, drawings and other technical documentation.
Working with and reviewing current safety systems on site and complying with all legislation, regulations and company rules.
Any other reasonable duties as requested within skill set.
Technical knowledge and capability to handle the Electrical and Mechanical engineering activities of their plant.
Experience in HV/MV/LV electrical distribution systems, switchgear and transformers. (Desirable)
Experience with Power Distribution, Emergency Generators and UPS
Familiarity with Instrumentation and Process Controllers.
Practical knowledge of PLCs, Motor Control and Variable Speed Drives.
Experience, preferably in a 24/7 Production Environment.
Working on a Call Out basis when required.
