Contract Outline:
Role: QHSE Advisor
Sector: Gas
Location: Northwest preferred (Hybrid working)
Contract Length: 12-months
Outside IR35
Rate: 44.25 - 49.30
Essential Skills:
- National Gas projects experience
- Construction / CDM knowledge and experience
- NEBOSH / IOSH
- ISO 9001 knowledge preferred
Role Outline:
- Managing QHSE escalations and incidents and developing and maintaining proactive QHSE relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Review internal and external (Sub-Contractor) RAMS.
- Production of Safety Moments on a weekly/monthly basis to support safety packs.
- Working with managers and colleagues to ensure CDM Principal Contractor and Principal Designer compliance, resolving issues and ensuring non-conformances are detected early.
- Prepare site induction safety packs.
- Travel to site when required (expenses covered)
- Contribute to the project registers, reviewing and adding relevant SHE sections where required.
- Develop CDM Risk Register
- Reporting on business process performance and QHSE escalation and incident management
