Description
- Analyse/report using high volumes of data using Oracle/intermediate Excel spreadsheets
- Collaborate with HR and management to understand reward needs including pay, bonus, gender pay gap
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements in all reward matters.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve the company's reward system.
- Provide guidance and advice to management on reward-related issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
Profile
A successful Reward Analyst should have:
- Proficient using HRIS ideally Oracle of similar
- Intermediate Excel including vlookup, pivot tables, dashboards
- Working with high volumes of HR Data
- Prior experience in a Reward Analyst role or in HRIS
- Knowledge of HR practices and legislation relating to rewards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
