A well-established sustainability consultancy based in Devon are seeking a Senior SAP Assessor to join their expanding team on a range of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities of this Senior SAP Assessor role include:

• Delivering sustainability and energy advice across the construction industry.
• Developing procedures to increase efficiency within the company and the delivery of Part L and EPCs.
• Contribute to the training, development and mentoring of junior team members.
• Organise workload for Part L and EPCs.
• Contribute to continued professional development and business development.
• Have or be working towards an OCDEA accreditation.
