Technical Delivery & Change Manager

Remote working + visits to clients sites / data centres

My client are seeking a talented Technical Delivery & Change Manager, who will work closely with the PMO Team & technical based teams to proactively identify the technical risks across business and technical projects; develop and implement technical documentation and procedures to meet customers SLAs and objectives.

 

Required skills:

  • IBM and ideally cyber security technical knowledge
  • Negotiating, influencing and building positive relationships with stakeholders at a senior level
  • Delivering quality outputs on time within a commercially focused, fast-paced environment
  • Solution driven with a positive approach to problem solving
  • A clear focus on continuous improvement and innovative solutions
  • Provide direction, coaching and support to colleagues as required
  • Experience in managed hosting and cloud services
  • Identify technical resolutions within customer requirements and project delivery timelines
  • Creating and managing technical quality documentation, particularly understanding risks, impacts, and schematics
  • Driving and leading a Change Control Management System across complex projects to budget.
