About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager to lead the Animal Management & Land-Based, Health, Sports & Public Services provision within their College. This is a key leadership role where you will oversee curriculum development, drive student success, and build strong employer and community partnerships.

As the operational lead, you will work closely with the Director of Campus, ensuring programmes are innovative, aligned with local employment trends, and support economic growth. You will be responsible for recruitment strategies, quality improvement, and business engagement while ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training.

What we are looking for

  • Expertise in Animal Management, with leadership experience in FE and HE curriculum teams
  • Proven ability to manage teams across Sport, Public Services, and Health
  • Experience developing curricula that respond to industry needs and emerging technologies
  • Teaching qualification and a Level 5 or higher vocational qualification in Animal Management or a related field
  • Level 2 literacy and numeracy skills, with a management qualification or evidence of leadership training
