Join a leading business operating across three sites. As anEHS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a strong safety culture across the business.

Main Purpose of the Role:

You will lead and support health, safety, and environmental initiatives, including risk assessments, site audits, and accident investigations. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee EHS policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to maintain safety standards.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to site teams on EHS best practices.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies (HSE, EA) and ensure environmental compliance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in risk management, incident investigation, and compliance.
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to influence safety culture.
