Hellaby Hall Hotel is a Best Western Signature 89-bedroom full service hotel with extensive conference, banqueting and leisure and spa facilities. Conveniently located just off the M1 and M18 in South Yorkshire it is a profitable property with an excellent reputation.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, hands-on General Manager to operate this family owned property and ensure that all our guests expectations are exceeded.
The hotel has established corporate business during the week and is a popular choice for leisure guests and as a wedding venue. The hotel has benefitted from extensive investment in recent years and we are currently upgrading gym facilities and refurbishing our function suite.
The successful applicant will lead a stable, experienced team of departmental and duty managers. Due to the hotels business portfolio the role will require a significant degree of evening and weekend working. Previous experience in a hotel with pool/gym/spa facilities would be an advantage, but the ability to organise, motivate and lead our committed team, whilst ensuring costs are carefully controlled, will be a fundamental requirement.
