The Role

As the Head of Social Work, Education and Therapy, you will take a collective and shared responsibility for the effective leadership and corporate management of the Organisations Social Work, Education and Therapy services and delivery of improved outcomes for children and their families.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead, design and develop Social Work, Education and Therapeutic Services
• Providing expert management oversight
• Coach, support and motivate the senior managers to develop and enhance individual and team performance and to optimise service delivery.
• Build and guide a resilient, proactive team of skilled professionals committed to supporting children and families
• Implement quality assurance practices to monitor and evaluate standards of the individual and of the team performance, to support the company to achieve its objective to continuously improve upon quality.

Our Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold a Degree in Social Work and be registered with the relevant regulatory body (Social Work England)
• Have extensive experience Senior Management Experience
• Be an expert in child and family assessments, safeguarding & risk management
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication & mentoring skills
• Possess in-depth knowledge of legal and statutory frameworks
