We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Rotherham. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, helping them engage with the curriculum.
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and preparing classroom resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where necessary.
• Help manage behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting (voluntary or paid).
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to help students succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
• An understanding of safeguarding practices (training can be provided).

While a formal qualification (such as a Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is beneficial, we also welcome applications from those with transferable skills or experience in similar roles.
