My client in Rotherham are looking to appoint a talented HR Business Partner on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will ensure the effective delivery of high- quality people solutions and interventions, delivery of organisational change, organisational development activity, workforce planning and skills development.
What's on offer:
- Salary: 30+ day hour, inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Rotherham (Hybrid):
- Production of whole Council strategies which support the internal management of the Council.
- Work closely with the Strategic Director and their Directorate Leadership Team to build organisational and people capabilities to deliver business priorities and objectives.
- Assess political pressures and agendas on service delivery and traitor plans/activity accordingly.
- Manage and develop a team of professional officers and/or supervisory staff.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Successful track record of communicating and working with stakeholders and partners.
- Experience of successful project management and delivering services to set standards.
- Local Authority experience is essential
