Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter with a focus on financial services, particularly within the banking sector. This role requires a leader with a proven track record of managing recruitment teams, driving new business, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop new business opportunities in the banking and financial services sector.
- Build strong client relationships and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure consultants meet targets and KPIs while providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and expanding client portfolios.
- Stay updated on market trends and maintain knowledge of key roles within banking and financial services.

Skills & Experience:
- Minimum experience in managing recruitment teams, ideally in financial services and banking.
- Extensive knowledge of banking roles including private banking, wealth management, retail, and investment banking.
- Proven ability to develop business strategies and acquire new clients in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to meet and exceed goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM systems.
