Key Responsibilities
The Technical Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the organisation's IT Infrastructure projects by:
- Managing the scope, requirements analysis, and business solution design for Infrastructure
- Planning, eliciting, analysing, defining, and communicating system requirements aligned with business strategy, objectives, and regulatory requirements.
- Producing detailed Agile Business Analyst deliverables, including User Stories, Data Dictionaries, Process Flows, and Journey Designs.
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify issues, influence solution designs, and define project scope and strategy.
- Providing input into benefit identification, requirements traceability, and impact analysis.
- Translating complex technical data into clear, actionable insights and strategic guidance.
Skills and Experience Required
The successful candidate will bring:
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst ideal Infrastructure or Cyber Security experience
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective dialogue across all organisational levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, including time management and effective task prioritisation.
