**Mechanical Fitter**

Location: Rotherham

Contract Length: 4 Months

Start Date: February

Rate: £23.00-£27.00 per hour (Outside IR35 – Limited Co)

Shifts: Monday to Fridays – 50 hours per week (Days)

About the Company:

Our client supplies hydraulic equipment, machinery parts, and fluid power solutions for various industrial applications. They are recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter on a 4-month basis to assist for their upcoming project.

The Role of a Mechanical Fitter will involve the following:

Service and maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics and power transmission
Troubleshooting / Fault finding of mechanical systems
Working to high standards, ensuring health & safety and quality procedures are adhered

The Successful Mechanical Fitter will need to have the following attributes:

Ability to read complex engineering drawings
Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for Health, Safety and Quality.
Apprentice trained / Time Served
Strong troubleshooting skills
Own tools required
Experience working on extruders would be beneficial
