We are currently recruiting for a well-known local broker with a big presence across South Yorkshire, and who are part of a very large and successful insurance group. 

This Broker is now keen to appoint a new Personal Lines Account Handler to their Private Clients team, in their Rotherham office.

They are keen to speak with you, if you have at least 12 months personal lines insurance experience, which will need to include Household Insurance, and will consider those currently working for an insurer.

The firm specialises in providing bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse range of customers and generates a great deal of referral business because of its professional approach. Being part of a larger group, they can offer some superb long term progression opportunities for the right people.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a range of clients, gathering information and presenting to underwriting markets, handling clients renewals, MTAs and producing new business quotes.

As above, to be considered for these roles, you will need at least 12 months being household insurance experience, although again this broker are happy to consider those from an insurer background too.

You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.

Salary on offer here is £25-28k dependant on experience, plus pension.

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
