Depot Manager

MPS Industrialare recruiting for our well established client in Rotherham. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Store Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain efficient business processes to maximise store profitability

- Utilise transportation management systems to coordinate shipping and receiving activities

- Manage warehouse operations using warehouse management systems

- Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and stock rotation

- This is a hands on role so will involved picking/packing items

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail environment

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics management

- Ability to oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes

- Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising a team

- Competency in utilising transportation management systems for efficient logistics

- Strong analytical skills to interpret profit loss statements and make data-driven decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year
