This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production department.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Administrator:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the production team
- Maintain and update production schedules and records
- Provide reports for management based on gathered data
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely procurement of materials
- Handle queries and communicate effectively with suppliers and clients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment
Production Administrator Qualities:
- Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of production processes and inventory management is advantageous
