This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production department.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Production Administrator:

 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the production team
  • Maintain and update production schedules and records
  • Provide reports for management based on gathered data
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely procurement of materials
  • Handle queries and communicate effectively with suppliers and clients
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment

 

Production Administrator Qualities:

 

  • Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of production processes and inventory management is advantageous
