As the Production/Process Improvement Engineer
- Analysis of current techniques, products and processes.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on activity areas.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation flow.
Profile
The successful Production/Process Improvement Engineer should have:
- Worked in a similar position within manufacturing, ideally in a composites or plastics environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with computer software, including CAD.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate outside IR35 c30-40.
- 3-6 month project.
- Onsite with flexibility on working hours
