Description
- Develop and implement efficient logistics and distribution strategies.
- Oversee all logistical operations and ensure the effective and timely delivery of goods.
- Manage relationships with vendors and transporters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Optimise operational processes to increase efficiency and improve performance.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics team.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes.
Profile
A successful Logistics Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the distribution and/or logistics sector.
