Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday- Friday
Salary: From 28,000 (DOE)
Our client, a large established Manufacturer is seeking a skilled logistics coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing shipments via air, road, and sea, preferably in a manufacturing background or freight forwarding. Familiarity with letters of credit and import/export processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage shipments via air, road, and sea
- Handle letters of credit and Import/export documentation
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics processes

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience dealing with international shipments.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or freight forwarding environment
- Strong understanding of letters of credit and import/export procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- A Logistics (manufacturing) and or freight forwarding background is essential for this position.
