Senior Site Manager

My client is seeking a Senior Site Manager to work alongside the Project Lead on a £60m demolition and new-build high school project in Surrey. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a large-scale construction project while working with a renowned construction firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Health, safety, and compliance management on site
- Maintain strong communication with the client and other stakeholders
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

- Significant experience in managing large-scale construction projects (preferably in the education sector)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations
- SMSTS, First Aid, and relevant qualifications

Salary & Package:

- Salary of up to £75,000
