Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Agent to lead our team in the installation of a large site compound. The Site Agent will be responsible for managing the overall project, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project team, including excavator and machine drivers
- Oversee the removal of vegetation and excavation works
- Ensure the installation of hard standing and palisade fencing is completed to high standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Site Agent or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Valid certifications and qualifications relevant to the role
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant Tickets/Certifications:
- CSCS Card(Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- SMSTS(Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid at Work
- IOSH Managing Safelyor equivalent
