We Build Recruitment is seeking 2 Site Managers for a fitout company based in Lancashire, available on a contract or permanent basis.
The role involves managing the fast-paced fit-out of commercial buildings and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Candidates must possess SMSTS, First Aid certification, and a C& G / NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or Bricklaying, along with 5 years of site management experience.
The salary for this position is £25 per hour, with 12-hour days paid, and additional allowances for digs and meals when working away from home.

Your duties will be to manage the fast paced fit-out of commercial buildings, working along side the programme designed to complete the project on time and within budget.

For this role you MUST have:

SMSTS
First Aid
C&G / NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or Bricklaying
5 years site management experience

Salary/Pay details:

25 per hour
12 hour days (paid)
digs & meal allowance provided if working away from home, company van.
