Job Title: Marketing Assistant - Spanish Speaking

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Director, and collaborating closely with the commercial team, marketing team, and site management teams your role will be to support growth and promote the brand of a leading engineering company as the business expands into new European and global markets.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Support and promote new plants through promotional photography and videos.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing department and external marketing agencies to ensure brand alignment and imagery.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to help the sales team achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site management teams.
- Enhance the use of audio branding, particularly voicemail services, to support product sales.
- Maximize the potential of online marketing platforms, such as LinkedIn.
- Explore innovative ways to promote products.
- Promote products and innovations by attending events, building relationships with specifiers/contractors, and showcasing the company's wildlife and landscape vision.
- Actively seek and support promotional events, including arranging promotional materials.
- Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects, including voluntary and charity work.
- Assist with press releases and articles to promote the brand and environmental initiatives.
- Improve the website to highlight the company's environmental journey and CSR efforts, ensuring it is a primary information source for customers.
- Provide market feedback on issues affecting products and business operations.
Dimensions
Primarily UK and Europe, expanding to a global role as the business enters new markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Marketing qualification, or in progress
- Strong analytical skills
- Curious, open-minded, and strong problem-solving skills
- Results-focused and driven to achieve excellence
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in European languages - Spanish
- Attention to detail and effective time management
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Flexible working hours (role may involve travel to events and sites)
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
