S66 Area Wickersley
Supporting a female client with anAcquired Brain Injury in her own home. The client requires 24/7 support on a 2:1 basis shifts would be:12-hour days only.
You will need:
- Female only: Thispost is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruitFemalesdue to the nature of the role.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (sponsors are not available).
- Must meet a specific level of competence or knowledge.
- UK Driver's license (Must have)
- Excellent communication skills
- Caring, patient and empathetic nature
Your role would include:
- Supporting with daily living tasks including maintaining healthy diet, domestic responsibilities, attending appointments and managing correspondence, including finances and budgeting.
- Supporting the client with rehabilitation and therapy goals as set by the MDT.
- Access to meaningful activities in the community and within the home.
- Maintaining daily records.
