Mechatronics engineer as service technician in electrical engineering/refrigeration/air conditioning technology (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Carrying out commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance on refrigeration products at the customer's premises
- In our service workshop in Rotherham, you will carry out repairs and optimise operational processes
- Cross-departmental cooperation in resolving customer complaints and competent, service-oriented communication with our customers and internal interfaces
- You document your work using computer systems
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics or refrigeration technology
- Several years of experience in service for consulting-intensive industrial products and good IT skills in MS Office are desirable
- You enjoy dealing with people, have analytical skills and a confident, service-oriented demeanor when dealing with customers
- You have manual skills and a high level of quality and safety awareness
