Salary: £50,467 + 10% bonus + £4980 per annum car allowance

Permanent Position

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join an established engineering business in the Macclesfield.

This market leading engineering company operates an international network of facilities serving a wide range of industries including aerospace, defence, automotive and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and safety first and foremost, ensuring compliance with company health and safety procedures.
  • Create maintenance plans for all sites
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Travelling between 8 UK sites, which could include time away from home.
  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance. This includes completing working orders and reporting faults on the CMMS.
  • Assisting with Maintenance Projects.
  • Supporting sites when engineers are unavailable due to holidays, sickness and absence.
  • Reviewing & controlling the computerised maintenance management system, including compliance.
  • Ordering and maintaining spare parts including critical spares.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of yourself and your team.
  • Working with quality, operations and sales functions to deliver outstanding customer service

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Engineering background, proficient in interpreting drawings.
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork abilities.
  • Possesses effective communication skills.

Salary / package details:

  • Pension - match contribution from 4% - 10%
  • Life Assurance – 2x annual salary rising to 4 x if join Company pension.
