Job Title: Unqualified Teacher

Responsibilities of the Unqualified Teacher:

Assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers.
Support students in their learning by providing additional help and encouragement as needed.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued.
Participate in planning and preparing classroom activities and resources.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on student performance and behaviour.

Requirements of the Unqualified Teacher:

A passion for education and a desire to work with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Relevant experience in education or childcare is advantageous but not essential.
A willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
