Role & Responsibilities:

Be responsible for inspection of pressure systems and equipment at sites across the UK

Ensure pressure systems are inspected before legal due date, ensuring reports are issued on time and carry out corrective actions to ensure equipment is safe to use at all times

Liaise with or other inspectors, coordinate with the team to ensure that examinations are planned at customer sites, liaising with maintenance and plant staff for planned shut down requirements


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Engineering Technician as defined by Engineering Council or equivalent (e.g. appropriate HNC with relevant experience, NVQ Level III Engineering)

Experience of carrying out UT Thickness measurements
Experience of carrying out Dye Penetrant Examinations
Experience of carrying out Magnetic Particle Examinations

Self-motivated and able to manage and schedule own time
Ability to produce high quality Inspection reports, including observations and recommendations.

Full UK driving license is essential
