We have an amazing new opportunity for experienced and qualified HR Apprenticeship Tutor!

The HR Apprenticeship Tutor will be responsible for administering and conducting HR apprenticeship programs across various businesses throughout the UK. This position necessitates a solid comprehension of apprenticeship standards and their delivery. As a HR Tutor, the incumbent will be tasked with motivating and guaranteeing the success of every individual enrolled in our apprenticeship programs. Additionally, tutors will provide mentorship to learners during their work placements, ensuring they are placed in a secure environment conducive to their growth and development.

This will be a full time permanent role, working remotely Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of up to 45 learners and deliver the HR Apprenticeship programme effectively.
  • Develop scheme of work and session plans in accordance with directives from the Quality Team.
  • Conduct Functional Skills qualifications as an integral part of the apprenticeship program.
  • Maintain accurate and current records for each learner, utilising e-portfolios and caseload trackers as per internal protocols.
  • Provide comprehensive data on learner progression, retention, and achievement for the respective course.
  • Facilitate HR Support Level 3.
  • Ensure learners complete their Functional Skills training and assessments within specified timeframes.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with learners to monitor their advancement towards timely completion.
  • Provide ongoing information, advice, and guidance to help learners achieve their goals.
  • Deliver training sessions either individually or in groups, in-person or online.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hold a teaching or assessing qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, AET or equivalent
  • CIPD Level 3 OR Level 5 Qualification
  • Occupational competence in a HR related role
  • Experience delivering apprenticeships
  • Great communication and organisational skills
