The Role
We're seeking an ambitious Commercial Lead to spearhead sales activities, forging relationships with senior stakeholders across healthcare sectors. This pivotal role offers the chance to drive high-value digital transformation deals while shaping and executing a commercial strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.

You'll balance individual sales targets with the leadership of a small, high-performing business development team, working closely with marketing and product teams to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders to secure high-value deals.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities, from pitching to closing complex contracts.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while mentoring and coaching a small business development team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to foster alignment and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop tailored solutions based on client needs and market insights.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Proven experience selling into healthcare organisations (Primary or Secondary care), with a track record of navigating long sales cycles and building trust with key stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to achieve individual quotas while managing and coaching a small team.
