A growing insurance company is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to build an internal development team and manage their processes and projects. The successful candidate will get to build up an internal team, will be working with other suppliers, define methodologies and processes, manage project delivery and coordinate with new resources.

The role requires 2 days per week in your local office - Leeds, London or Milton Keynes.

Skills Required:
- 6+ years development experience using Python and other object-oriented languages like C#
- Agile principles
- DevOps tools
- Prior project management experience
- Exposure to high regulated industries beneficial
