Property Developer - Residential and Regeneration

A leading property developer with a highly respectable reputation for delivering first class placemaking and regeneration schemes in the Residential sector is looking to appoint a Senior Development Manager to support current and future development projects across Greater London boroughs.

As a Senior Development Manager, you would be responsible for leading large scale, complex schemes.

You will be driving strong attention to detail at stages 1-3 driving innovation and design led solutions in early stage design and planning to maximise the potential and commercials of the schemes GDV.

Your background as a property professional would be within Land, Town Planning and Development, with strong knowledge and experience of up to 15 years within the residential development sector, ideally with a track record of London development market.

You will have previous experience with a developer and have led projects through the planning process and onto delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on some high profile London projects and play an integral part in some of London's most important regeneration projects.

There is excellent career progression for the right candidate to a Director level position.
