Senior Project Manager - EMEA

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in building systems. The role involves leading a team of project engineers and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget, while managing risks and ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day project management.
  • Develop project briefs and execution plans.
  • Manage design teams and ensure solutions meet client expectations and budgets.
  • Handle local government approvals and contract administration.
  • Compile and review tender documents, negotiate contracts, and report to clients.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within the agreed framework of sustainability, risk, and quality.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and change orders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Project Management/Construction Management experience, ideally in building services.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
  • STEM degree preferred; knowledge of MEP systems and sustainable design is a plus.
  • Experience in the Data Centre sector is advantageous but not required.
