Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 per annum

City Calling is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for an experienced Project Manager based in Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with proven expertise in project management, looking to advance their career with a dynamic and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, coordinating teams and resources effectively.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery within financial constraints.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the construction & development industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Thorough understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Project Management
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS Certificate
- Minimum relevant level 4 qualification (HNC/NVQ4 etc) or equivalent.
