Our client is a highly successful main contractor specialising in the interior fit-out and refurb sector of the construction industry.
Due to recently securing several new contracts across the country, they are searching for a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience within fit-out / refurb to add to the existing team to ensure commercial delivery of these projects.
Your role will involve working alongside the Directors and Project Managers to ensure that the projects run smoothly, and within budget, managing sub-contractor packages, valuations, variations etc. and taking ownership of the commercial function.
The role will involve some site visits but does offer remote / hybrid working so your location and proximity to the projects is relatively unimportant.
You will need to have strong knowledge of the leisure / hotel refurb sector and be comfortable working within a very fast-paced, pressurised environment.
This client is a well-established company who are well known to CBCR Ltd as we have worked with them on several occasions.
