Commercial Administrator (Fluent Spanish, French or Italian)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Administrator to join a global innovator in the design and manufacturing sector, based in Rotherham. This is a key role where you'll manage relationships with a portfolio of international customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer orders and enquiries with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Proactively address any issues and maintain clear communication with customers globally
- Assist in the quoting and processing of customer-specific orders, collaborating with engineering for technical details
- Support the preparation of bids for large-scale projects
- Deliver accurate order reporting and manage any delays
- Actively participate in training opportunities and customer visits
- Provide support to the wider customer service team as needed
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Fluency in Spanish, French or Italian is essential
- Strong organisational skills and a professional telephone manner
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and CRM tools is desirable
- Previous experience in a customer support role, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Salary: Circa 28,000 (DOE) - open to discussion
