Private Client Paralegal

Private Client Paralegal is required to join a company which is the market leader for private client work. Due to an expansion of the estate planning team due to it's success, they are looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal to assist its growing team.

This opportunity can be done on a remote working basis or alternatively attendance at one of their offices across Manchester, Bristol, Stratford Upon Avon or Sheffield offices.

Private Client Paralegal duties include;

  • Be able to manage a caseload of private client work and ensure relevant parties are updated with the completion of cases
  • Draft a variety of documents which will include wills, powers of attorney and estate planning documents
  • Be confident in communicating with clients over the phone and over email providing a great customer service

As the Private Client Paralegal you will;

  • Have previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients on private client matters either in an in-house or private practice setting
  • Be able to prioritise workloads and experience of managing own cases
  • Be able to communicate with clients efficiently and effectively
