What Youll Be Doing:- End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full hiring process, from sourcing to placement.
- Industry-Focused Hiring Develop targeted recruitment strategies for Social Care, Construction, and Education.
- Candidate Sourcing Use job boards, social media, networking, and innovative strategies to find the best talent.
- Building Relationships Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Management Maintain a strong database of skilled professionals for future opportunities.
- Enhancing Candidate Experience Ensure smooth communication, timely feedback, and a positive recruitment journey.
- Process Improvement Collaborate with HR and department heads to streamline hiring and onboarding.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sales, would be desirable.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsyou build relationships effortlessly.
- Ability to juggle multiple vacancies across different industries and stay organised under pressure.
- A proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
