Position: Recruitment Consultant - Construction
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management:
- Conduct regular morning check-ins with candidates and clients.
- Register new applicants and update the Sigma system with new starters.
- Prepare weekly email to payroll with worker details.
- Conduct candidate updates and ring-rounds
- Verifying worker deployment and managing placements on the in-house applicant tracking system
- Client Management:
- Contacting present and legacy clients to manage relationships and develop business.
- Contacting new and target clients to introduce our recruitment and staffing service.
Add job orders and advertise new roles. - Actively engage in sales and lead generation.
- Answer incoming calls from construction clients.
- Conduct site visits to build relationships with clients.
- Ensure all new client information, including invoicing contacts, is accurately entered into the system.
- Operational Tasks:
- Assist with collating timesheets as needed.
- Resourcing: Fill client vacancies effectively, in a timely manner.
- Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Obtain worker references
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software.
- A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
